What would you do? Some insight please?

DH and I have an awesome realtor, we couldn't be any happier. I found a house I really like, but DH didn't get to see it yet. Our realtors son just recently died. They just dropped the price on the house and my family is telling me I should call the office and see if someone is taking over his clients because no one is aware when he will be coming back to work (understandably) and if no one is taking over his work to find a new realtor. I would feel guilty leaving him because he is an awesome realtor. What would you do in this situation?.

Did you sign a contract with him? Have you tried reaching out to him directly?

Contact the office. I'm sure they have a plan of action.

Esq- he texted me on telling me we would have to postpone because of a death in the family. I feel bad reaching out to him cause he is in mourning right now.

Kms I was thinking about contacting the office tomorrow to see if they had a plan for his clients but if they don't I'm not sure what to do.

I am so stressed right now!!!

I am so stressed right now!!! My OB doesn’t want to take me anymore because I am too “high risk” so I got a new one they don’t want to see me either. They referred me to a group one hour way from my house. But there is only one high risk dr and he doesn’t know if he could see me. I feel like I should not see any at this point.

Would you consider this cheating? What would you do I need advice from a neutral stand point. Genuine advice of what you would do. Ds had his tonsils out last night. For some reason my gut about dh was not good. At night I logged into his Snapchat and saw he was talking to an old friend who he had a thing with. Last thing I was able to see was him saying it was hard to not log into those pictures and she then said she couldn't answer the phone because she was with her husband. I texted dh and asked what pictures was it so hard for him to not look at and I guess he called her and they talked. And she supposedly came clean to me and said they would just talk and vent about what stresses them. Dh said the same thing and I guess the pictures were of them from a long time ago of them and other friends hanging out. Dh started crying saying he never meant anything that everything looked like the perfect crime but that there was nothing there. I have since kept my distance and told him to give me space. At the moment I don't want to see him. I believe what they said but I'm so hurt and I don't want to be the stupid person to believe everything.

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
