At checkout they always give samples of things and sometimes I get a deluxe sample but this is a full blown product that I was eyeing for a while but decided to hold off on until I needed a new beauty blender. Stuff like this rarely happens to me but it's not unheard of for me. I just always call to check or I'll feel bad about it.

If it was a small business I would call to ask, but a large business like Sephora? I wouldn't even have bothered calling - you're a better person than me.

I think they do this often because a while back I was gonna order a smashbox lipstick then at checkout they were gonna give me free things like cleanser and primer.

Sephora did come out with little kits that had other stuff with the beauty blender. I think kvd, the pore-fessional, and too faced. Maybe they're trying to clear out the stock and you lucked out.

They've said to keep it so it's a no brainer really, I'd keep it.
