Well, last night Maverick had his car seat test and decided to have a major Brady halfway in ? Brady countdown restarted and hoping to get to go home on Monday now. They will try another car seat test on Saturday night.
I am so incredibly grateful for my best friend. Last night she and I were in a car accident. I was driving and we got hit by a student driver. My car is totaled, I had to come out of pocket for a rental car. Both of my kids car seats were in the car and I’ve been stressing on how to buy new seats for them, she just told me that her and her husband bought us new car seats. I can’t stop crying.

So I got rid of my spacious Chevy Impala and now have a compact Hyundai Elantra. I’m trying to figure out which car seat would fit best in a smaller car.?? The car seat will go behind the passenger so there will be a little more room to move the front seat up.
Always amazed At the amount of seats that come into seat checks totally wrong. I did roughly 30 checks today and only 4 were right! Lots of babies are now safer in the car!
I got a car seat from a friend and a stroller online the carseat fits in the stroller but the shade won't close :( get a smaller car seat or keep it ?

It could've. He was also spitting up a bit because he had just gotten his multivitamins. It could've been that too, no way to truly tell.

Baby Maverick will go home soon enough. He's absolutely adorable and looks ready. I'm very happy they do mandatory car seat tests for preemies for that specific reason.. I can't imagine driving in the car with my princess and she desats on me. It would be a terrible unforgettable experience. Not to mention having to go back to NICU and not knowing what can happen? Ay ya yeaee ? don't even wanna think about it.

My son failed his first car seat test (desat) the second time the ot came and positioned him with rolled up receiving blankets as he was so small he didn't fit into the car seat well and would slump otherwise and then he passed no problems and we just made sure to have him proped up with blankets around him when in his carseat.
