how did you know you were pregnant?
How did you know you were pregnant?? Did you have bad cramping ect?
With my first, I had spotted brown blood and kept expecting my period but after about a week it still hadn't come. No other symptoms otherwise at the time.
With my second I had no symptoms I just had a weird feeling that I was so I tested the day my period was due and got a positive.
With my third, I had a couple symptoms. First off, I had had breast surgery a few months beforehand and hadn't had feeling in my nipples ever since then all of a sudden my nipples got their feeling back and were super sensitive and sore. Then DH and I were kissing and I had to stop and run to the bathroom to puke out of nowhere lol. Tested the next day and got my positive before my missed period.
I had implantation bleeding. My boobs were soar and I was eating like crazy! Lol but most of all I'm 106 lbs. I could see swelling in my lower abdomen on one side. I thought it literally was a tumor.. Turns out it was my baby burrowing in my belly! 2 1/2 weeks after my last period I finally got a positive pregnancy test which felt like forever for me! We found out the day before Father's Day and it was the best gift I could ever possibly give my husband ?
Ds1 I just knew.
Ds2 I had no idea, no symptoms at first. SO started craving weird stuff, was super moody and hungry all the time. He turned to me and said "I think you're pregnant, I'm getting all your pregnancy symptoms again. So I went to the dr and sure enough...
The twins I really had no idea. I was on BC and still got my periods. But I exercised and ate healthy but my weight wouldn't go down and my pants kept getting tighter.
My first two pregnancies we were trying for so I was paying close attention to everything my body was doing. I had slight but constant heartburn and tender breasts. Also my bbt stayed elevated. Tested before I was late and got positives. For my third I was a few days late but didn't think much of it because I was still breast feeding. I decided to test because I was extremely tired. I was napping with dd1 and still ready for bed by 7pm. Sure enough, two strong lines.
No period symptoms . At all. I felt fine . Which i knew was not normal because i always felt like absolute s*** e the 2-3 days immediately before my period . And i was ALWAYS right on time with my period . I would wake up the morning i was supposed to have it . Bleeding . Right on schedule . I woke up that morning and was fine . I waited till a day after i missed to take a test but . I knew . In the back of my head i was like "lord ... " lol
With my first I missed a period ( didn't think much since i was super stressed) and I was leaking colostrum very early ( I thought I had cancer I cried to my Dh lmao).
This time I didn't even know I was pregnant my twin sister asked me to test with her cause she thought she was pregnant. Sure enough I saw a faint line I freaked out and waited a week to retest. Big positive! I cried the first week I felt like I betrayed my son by not letting him be a baby for too long.
With baby #1 I was about a month and a half late (irregular periods) I believed my period was gonna come and was nervous to test but did anyways and it was positive.
With #2 The morning sickness. It was horrible and lasted all day for weeeeks. I thought something was wrong with me and wanted to go to the doctor. My husband told me to test before making an appointment and it was positive.
I had crippling implantation cramps (I didn't know that was what they were at the time though, I thought it was my period because I was do for it anyways) my boobs were also sore but I was in denial I gave my period a week after it was due to show its self and it never did! Took 3 tests before I finally believed I was pregnant?
For my first pregnancy, I knew we'd had unprotected sex and was anxious to find out so I took a test four days before my period was due.
The second time, I had flu-like symptoms which I experienced with my first and found out at 12 dpo.
This time around, I noticed blue/green veins were covering my boobs and chest and tested. Not sure where I was in my cycle, but, according to my due date, I got my positive again days before my period was to be expected.
Honestly we went back to Florida for our Disney vacation and to see family. In the beginning of the trip some food wasn't sitting right with me but not enough to flag me. It wasn't until the trip was almost over when I was going through my suitcase saw my tampons because I was supposed to have my period but I didn't. Took a test and bam positive.
We were on vacation soon after my DH came home from deployment. I had an app that tracked my period and I was usually to the date. Then I noticed I was a day late.. Two days late.. Three.. Four.. Finally we bought a test and immediately it showed PREGNANT. So we took two more. Same thing.
It was a huge shock!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Always hungry and thirsty...weird cravings. Headaches and a little bit of nausea. The last sign was that I passed out. I was in a really hot room I wasn't really eating then and didn't know I was pregnant. We didn't have money for food. And I wasn't taking vitamins yet so I didn't know. My husband made me go get tested then and we found out I'm pregnant. 6 weeks 5 days.
