I add extra sugar too, but I put some brown sugar in there in addition to white for extra rich flavor.

I didn't use icing. The cookies are sweet enough so I just add sprinkles. I've done regular and I've done the marbled cookies. They looked pretty with the colors but if not done well they fell apart.

Those look yummy! Do you do the colors or just regular dough with icing?
