Get some carseat toys to entertain him! I downloaded a few videos from Netflix when I can't do anything to soothe him. He's slept most of the time. The hardest part for me is staying hydrated enough to pump and produce. I don't drink much on the road knowing I'll have to potty every hour lol
Yess! What great tips im just hoping he will stay in car seat whole time cuz he gets anxy. Eants to be held nd near someone since he wont take pacifier

Were stopping about every 3-4 Hrs for gas and breaks anyway, so I get him out and change him and let him get some air too.
He really has slept alot!
*tip I found- get some puppy pee pads to fold up in the car seat, for any just in case blow outs!! It has saved us a few times!

They eat faster from a bottle. If you are on an interstate just take an off ramp and bump half way and at the end. Common practice is to burp ever two ounces. But I'd you take an exit an pull over. Or take a bathroom break and one can feed while the other goes, then swap. You'll need to change diapers so you'll need to stop anyways so you won't lose much time. Also when you eat, if you have pumped or if you comfortable bf in public feed then too.
Hmm i didnt think about that pumping then feeding the baby. Byt do u stilk burp or just when u stop?

On a 24 hour drive with 12 week old... my husband had to drive separate with my dogs, and we flew my mother in law out to drive with me and baby.... I'm in the back seat pumping as we drive. I have only breastfed since birth. Only had bottles a few rare times and on long road trips. Then right back to bf at night when we stop and morning before we leave again.
