I agree with pp the spelling zavia looks girlie but the name Xavier or Zavier are obviously boy names :)

I don't think Zavia is girly at all. It's a boys name. Personally though I'd probably spell it Zavier. I think the spelling Zavia could maybe be used for a girl... But each to their own. If you like it that's all that matters!! :-)
