I hope you've taken a bath since October 3rd. You can take a bath as soon as you feel the energy too.

I took a bath an hour after I delivered each of my babies. This time I plan to deliver IN the bath (water birth).

Bath like three times a day with Epsom salts!

I took one about 2 weeks after I delivered bc I couldn't shave in the shower and I felt gross...but I'd say when you feel like u can sit comfortably.

Wait at least 4 weeks. Your cervix is wide open and you can get an infection. Only showers.
