I took one about 2 weeks after I delivered bc I couldn't shave in the shower and I felt gross...but I'd say when you feel like u can sit comfortably.

Wait at least 4 weeks. Your cervix is wide open and you can get an infection. Only showers.

Thank you all so much. I have showered since giving birth. Lol. I was talking about an actual bath to relax.
