Anyone taking Vitex Hi....Is Anyone taking Vitex to regulate periods and possibly get pregnant? I'm going crazy here ...…

I just bought some vitex today, I wondering the same. PleAse help

Ive been taking tablet form vitex for 3 cycles now. It has lightened my af but still no bfp yet :(

I took it for one cycle to try to lengthen LP and ovulate before cd20. I stopped because my headaches were awful! It did lengthen my LP by a day or two just by using it one cycle. I've heard that it does very well after like 3 cycles, I just couldn't deal with the horrible daily headaches anymore.

I have some, but haven't tried it yet. I'd like to know more, too!

hopfully it works this cycle. I havnt had any negative side affects with it. Af lasts 5 days, 28 day cycle and it helped lighten how heavy it was too. No neg feedback from me just that i want my bfp!! Lol

I have pcos and been trying to get pregnant for a yr now. I don't ovulate regularly. I've been having cycles between 45 days and 52 days. Well I've been on it 1 month and I got my first ever positive opk and my cycle was only 40 days. The shortest cycle in a year since my miscarriage. No side effects. So I would say its working for me.

I took it for a while like 5 mouths and then stopped 1 mouth later I was prego and at10 weeks and 4 days I miscarried that was almost two weeks ago :(

Chus27 thats good my periods are all messed up too I haven't gotten a period in 35 days now hoping I get it soon so I can begin ovulating which I hope I do cause I've never checked to see if I do :(
