coffee
Could someone please tell me why u shouldn't drink coffee in pregency, I've never heard of that & my sil who has recently found out that she is pregnant would drink it!! It's just that she has mc before & if drinking coffee isn't safe in any way I want to be able to warn her about it...
Caffeine goes through the amniotic sack very easily and robs the fetus of folic acid, weakening bone growth and density. That's the main issue.
It also causes unhealthy heartrate increases, some studies show palpatations, and the baby can come out and go through caffeine withdrawls.
But you are allowed a cup a day! Keep up with your folic acid supplements or prenatals! Folic acid has been shown to be key in preventing birth defects like spin abifida and gastroschisis. So it's important!
Who drinks coffee? Or anything with coffee in it?
Has Anyone Tried Drinking Castor Oil??
I used to work at Mcdonalds and a couple of people I know work there.... well this is my second day in a row getting and iced coffee and they were like you need to stop drinking coffee. I've never met a pregnant person that drinks coffee... I was like I looked to see how much caffeine it has and how much I'm aloud to drink this size is ok. Does anybody else drink coffee?? They just made me feel like a terrible mother for drinking iced coffee while pregnant
Opinions on hungrier baby milk? My girl is drinking well over 30 oz in 24 hours. I tried her with water inbetween feeds but she just won't settle in till she has milk as she's hungry not thirsty. She's awake like 18 hours a day 😭
Has anyone had a bad reaction to drinking a cup of coffee while pregnant? #12weeks
Like I said some will only say 1 and some will say 2 is ok.
