How to get fit again
Mommas, I had my baby a week ago. Right now I am enjoying having a newborn again(this is my second) and recovering from my 2nd c-section. But after the recovery i want to get fit. I was overweight before i got pregnant. Now i have all this extra skin and stretch marks from 2 pregnancies and from being overweight. Did any of you mommas have any luck in getting back in shape and having nice abs and a flatter stomach? How did youdo it? Are there any specific workouts that help flattening/tightening your abs?
First thing is to drink lots of water, water will help return the tightness of your skin. Then check if you have diastasis recti (space in abs) if you do then it will take much longer to get back into shape but not impossible. Dont do sit-ups or planks etc , they will make it worse, follow a workout plan to fix diastasis recti to fix that first.
