UPDATE: saw the hearbeat. measured 143 bpm. baby measure 6w5d. Dr said it's a small subchronic hemorrhage causing the bleeding. Have to also get a shot because my blood type is a-. Hoping for the best. Does anyone else have experience with this?

Got scheduled for an ultrasound...baby is measuring smaller than expected. Midwife says she's not worried. Anyone else's baby measure small? I'm so sad! 😢😢😢
Has anyone measures over during your pregnancy? I'm scared because I don't wanna have a huge baby :/
So for mommies that have had babies already when you measured ahead did they induce you? Since I'm measuring 4 weeks ahead I was wondering if I'd be induced.

I had a subchorionic hematoma which is the same thing with my last pregnancy. I had to take it easy for a few days but it resolved on its own without any affect to my daughter. Keeping you in my prayers.

Thank you ladies the bleeding has stopped. So thankful. I'm just gonna take it easy. I have my first ob appointment tomorrow.

I have one too! Found out at 5w6d. Im now 9w and have not had any bleeding since. Baby looked awesome at 7w5d. But I don't have another ultrasound until my anatomy scan at 18w. Is that normal? I thought they generally monitored a SCH every couple weeks??

@dsd glad to hear you haven't bled anymore and that baby is great ?I'm not quite sure I would think they would want to monitor it, but I'm not sure. I have my first appointment tomorrow and I'll be sure to ask.

I too am 7 weeks and 3 Thursdays ago had a lil red spotting then again last week and I've had a LOT of cramping. Although I want diagnosed with any hemmorages I feel for you. Good luck momma stay positive

Yes, let me know what they say! I'm glad it has stopped. It's the scariest feeling especially if you've ever miscarried previously. I may call in tomorrow and ask, because my actual doctor is on maternity leave and after I left I realized that the PA never even mentioned my SCH at all. I was told by the nurses to be on pelvic rest(no vaginal activity at all) until the second trimester. But I'll be 12 weeks at my next appt so I think I'll try and schedule another u/s right before then.
