home workouts
So i do squats everyday, and im trying to find something to add into this. Im trying to loose my last 30 pounds! I already eat healthier, and drink lots of water. I dont want to do any diets just physical activity that i can do in the comfort of my own home.
I do the 21 Day Fix. I lost 12 pounds in the first 3 weeks, now I'm starting it again after a few days off for Thanksgiving. There are tons of awesome programs out there. Look for one the has a balanced nutrition plan (no fads or extremes). Also, find a workout that looks interesting to you. If you don't enjoy it then you won't do it. Message me if you want help. ?
Planks, push ups, sit ups, squat jumps, lunges.. Maybe buy some cheap weights to add resistance?
Might be worth downloading Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I've done it & if you stick to it, it gives great results. All of which can be done in your own home & she offers 3 levels depending on your current fitness.
