Any mommy's moving while pregnant?
I am a first time mommy..16 weeks and will be moving into our first house first week of December, anybody moving in the middle of their pregnancy? (Or has?) was it frustrating for you? Or fun? I'm so excited to move into a new place and get to make it our own it's just I'm a little scared I won't feel up to it and it's going to be tons of work! I'm dreading packing and such and that's usually the fun part for me
And good luck to all you expecting mommy's on a successful move! Cause we all know we have a lot more work once all the boxes actually get into the new house! Lol ?
Yeah I will be around 22 weeks when we move so I know I won't be lifting boxes and all that, my fiancé already told me I won't be doing much lol I'm hoping it's not too exhausting, just walking to my car to store makes me out of breath!!
I am shocked to all you mommy's that are moving!! Love hearing all your stories!
I'm moving one month before due date back into my home I'm renting out. Pending they agree to leave " early " crosses fingers its two months before lease is up I'm offering one month ( last month march ) rent free as I really want to be able to bring my baby home to my own house not the 540 sq FT apt me and DF are suffering thru now! Wish me luck :) .. But totally not psyched to be moving in my 9th month but happy if I get to.
I'll be moving in my third trimester. Around February, baby's due April 20th. My husband and I have been living with my parents...I want to move now but my husband wants to wait till after the holidays...will have more money saved up! I think it will be great since I won't really be able to do anything except pack boxes!
@TC25 I totally understand! We will be moving from Washington state to southern California mid April. I asked the Dr if we should try and get housing before or after the baby is born and she said the move would be worse on me pregnant than on a newborn. So while driving across 3 states may not be ideal with a newborn, it's definitely safer.
We put an offer on a short sale house in march and the bank just accepted our offer. We have a month before closing and another month of fixing up the house in which I can't do anything. We have to paint the whole thing and I can't help because of the fumes. It will be the end of December before we are fully moved in and I cannot wait!!!! Not really looking forward to moving in December and I hope it doesn't snow since I live in Indiana. Good luck with your move!
I just , moved 2 weeks ago at 13 weeks. It was a rough move getting packed and traveling during morning sickness. Our stuff is getting shipped from germany and won't be here until early December. I should be up to setting up our home by then. I also moved ar like 20 w with my first. That wasn't too bad I don't think. It was a while ago though, so I don't really remember!
Im moving two states away at the end of November...staying with my mom for a month then moving into our house in January! :0 At least we wont be too far along in our pregnancies and still have a good amount of energy! Just try to space things out and enjoy the fact that we dont have to do any heavy lifting!! :)
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
I'm almost 20 weeks & I still haven't felt my baby move? I'm a first time mom, I know it's a little slower to feel the baby move for first time moms but I want to feel her😩😭
Girls! I'm starting to get a bit worried! I keep seeing all these posts and status's of girls feeling their babies properly moving and feeling the first kicks! All I'm feeling at the moment is the flutterings and the gurgles!
I'm 18 weeks and it's my first baby!
Tick on my vag!!!!
Ahhhh! Every fricking time I go outside, I get a tick on me! Ugh!! I'm so over those nasty little buggers and it's only the first week of May! Are they this bad where you live? (I'm in VA)
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
I'll be moving here in the next 2 weeks, I'm glad I won't be so far along. But just remember to take frequent breaks and drink water. I'm glad with this move I have a reason not to move any heavy boxes haha I've moved about times in 2 years lol
