The man was drunk, and the commands were not standard protocol. I believe they were set up to kill him, but the man that shot him was not the same one giving orders.

Its f*** ed and it's scary. When i was 7months pregnant we got pulled over outside a walgreens for no freaking reason. (Wrong timing) a couple mins earlier some gangsters had a fight outside and took off. Cops thought we were them. We got surrounded with cops pointing at our car with guns. Yelling just like that mothefacker. "GET OUT THE CAR PUT ONE HAD UP AND OPEN WITH THE OTHER etc etc... The thing is my husband doesn't speak english! He almost got shot they though he just didn't want to follow instructions? also our 4 year old was with us. It was horrible when my husband got off then me my 4Y was trying to get of . i told the cops my son is in the car please don't shoot incase he opened the door. .

There was also two other weapons inside the hotel room along with two other people told by Officer or sheriff on TMZ, the reason for him crawling towards the other officer they didn't want to endanger themselves so-called arresting him by the doorway..

From the beginning the cop was extremely aggressive . He mentioned the possibility of death RIGHT AWAY . The poor man was drunk at the time , so with a automatic weapon , douche cop , multiple demands , and yelling all at once , I completely understand his fear and his confusion . In his voice you can hear his fear , and he made it clear to the cop that he was scared and was doing his very best to do as he said . When he put his hand to pull up his pants , his arm was more than half back in front of him when the cop decided to shoot him . On top of that the cop shot him 5 times. That’s complete over kill ! As a cop you are supposed to be trained to know body language, you can clearly tell the difference between someone aggressive and defiant to you , and then someone who is simply terrified . That cop could of also handcuffed that man BEFORE he had him crawl to him . It’s all BS to me . Complete murder if you ask me .

Yea the officers instructions were very confusing. He wanted him to first keep his hands up then told him to crawl which would have him out his hands on the ground. All while keeping his legs crossed. That’s impossible

The whole thing was sketchy honestly. There was a woman in the room who they arrested without doing all the stuff they did to him. Treated him too hostile. Dude obviously had issues if his guns engraved.

In a video I saw right after the death, he kept telling him to crawl and keep his hands where they could be seen and to pull up his pants. Why he kept putting his hands back. This was murder point blank period. There were other officers who did not feel threatened.

The lawyers also wouldn't let the wife do anything if she were to review footage.

I mean yeah he said that but take this into consideration. You're being screamed at by a cop. His gun has an engraving on it that says "you're f*** ed" he tells you he will shoot you and you will die if you do something wrong. His orders are absurd and you're terrified.

The cop did say they would shoot if he put his hands behind him again and about 5 seconds later he stops crawling and put his hand behind him.

The way he was barking orders tho seemed weird. Told him to keep his legs crossed, hands in the air, and crawl to him at the same time. That's impossible. I'm surprised they didn't shoot as soon as he put his hands down to crawl.

Exactly. I support the police but I also recognize there are bad ones. This cop was there to kill. When he was on his knees cooperating with his hands up the cop could've easily just gone and cuffed him. Done. Making him crawl was demeaning and absurd.
