I thought I had food poisoning yesterday and was sick all day until like 8pm. But today my 3 year old woke up sick. She keeps saying she’s thirsty so I have been letting her have sips of juice. Is there anything else i can do for her? I feel so helpless!

@jennyrae17, oh poor pumpkin! I hope the sickness works its way through her fast. I always feel so helpless when my kiddo gets sick like this.
@laniejay, yeah she can’t even keep down sips of water right now. I couldn’t eat until 8 last night. I’m hoping it doesn’t last as long for her 😢
😔 hope she feels better soon. Sips here and there, try a cracker or dry toast when you think she’s ready. A small bit at a time. Lots of cuddles.
Just small sips of water or juice or Gatorade. Then when you think she’s ready you can try to give her a cracker, wait 20mins and if she keeps it down give her a little bit more. But no too much too fast. There’s nothing you can do other than offer your comfort and keep her hydrated.
