progesterone oil injections

I really dislike them!! I had to self inject for the first time yesterday because DH had to work. But whatever it takes ?. I was told I would take them through my 10th week

Your brave i have yet to have to self inject . my dh does it at 5am before he leaves to work if he leaves in a hurry i drive to my moms house and have her do it. I guess if i had to self inject i would but im so glad i havent had too.

lol I told myself "just breathe and suck it up buttercup!" Lol

Normally sister does it for me when he has to work (he has 24, sometimes 48 hr shifts) but I was toooo dang tired to drive and I didn't want to bother her. DH has to work tomorrow too. So I'll be driving my booty to his work for my injection lol

They're terrible!!!! I always say I would rather do 100 more days of stims than another oil injection! Ughhh

I've been doing progesterone oil injections for 3 weeks now and they suck! They still haven't told me when to stop them but all the girls here said they told them to stop at 10 weeks.

Omg sounds painful. Why didn't your doc do progesterone insert? Or do they do the injections after you get pregnant?

My upcoming cycle I will be on both PIO injections and progesterone suppositories. I think some REs want to make sure there's ample progesterone to help sustain a pregnancy. For me, I think it's directly related to my RPL issue.

At least im not alone on doing these injectables and Im already at six weeks so if its only till 10 weeks its not so long from now.
