Yay!! That sounds so promising! Can’t wait to hear the good news. Seems odd for the cramps to go away if AF is on the way! You’d think it’d get progressively worse! Yay!

Gm so the cramps have gone away completely now I just feel really strong twinges on and off besides that I’m always tired so I nap a lot and have vivid dreams (hormones ?)but I believe that’s just the progesterone shots.

Yes I got a BFP since day 4 after my transfer today is Day 8 so that what originality scared me I didn’t remember getting cramps after a positive hpt but my dr just said sometimes the baby’s are just burrowing in more or cramps are caused by dehydration so I am def calmer now.

I remember feeling cramps after ovulation and around the time of implantation. I had thought I was getting my period and then it never came, so cramps can be a great sign of implantation. After you have a positive HPT, my RE said so many things are stretching and moving to accommodate all the changes and eventually rapidly growing baby, so cramps and even weird pulling/stretching feelings are normal.

hey ladies so regarding heating pad my clinic says no on stomach also no to hot tube also.however they told me keep my feet warm which helps calm uterus down.so Stacy i think u r ok

I wondered about this. I used heating pads myself. I was told keeping them at the lowest setting and wrapping with towel and no more than 20 minutes at a time. Although I used it on my feet all the time. I found myself so cold all the time this pregnancy.

I figure that hot baths and hot tubs are no nos for bacteria but it’s the rising temperature they’re worried about. But I also read temps above 103 are bad for baby. And well, a heating pad localized in one location won’t do that. I say, check in with your RE, but I found that calming the cramps calmed me down and well, lowered the risk of my body expelling it! I am at a weird point with my baby right now so maybe I’m not the best one to ask!!

Hey ladies I just spoke to my dr and he said cramps after implantation are usually caused by dehydration so for me to drink a lot of water go back on bed rest till the cramps go away and increase progesterone oil injections to 1.5 I hope this helps u ladies as well.

Ladybug ? no heating pad on my feet? I thought that was okay but if they told u no I’ll put this one away I never asked I just assumed heating pad on my feet would be ok

I was told not to use heating pads. They said don’t even have a hot bath!

Okay so since I laid down and put a heating pad on my feet the cramp are less intense now hoping it’s nothing to worry about maybe it is the uterus Adjusting

I had cramps and still do! I’m 16 weeks on Monday... lots of things happening inside when you’re pregnant, especially in the first trimester ❤️

I had AF cramps with all 3 of my positives, and they were on and off until 6-7 weeks. Maybe even later. It’s just your uterus stretching!!! As long as it isn’t excruciatingly painful, I wouldn’t worry about it...it’s scary though! In the beginning I kept running to the bathroom to check for blood. This time, I don’t think anything of it...

Hi, same here. Having a few cramps this morning. My beta is Monday as well. I’m praying it’s just baby getting really settled and snuggled for the next 8 months.
