28lbs Down. ?
Still not able to keep food or fluids down.
Poor you, hope you feel better soon!
I also have a pretty large DVT in my leg/pelvis never had it with previous pregnancy and no family history and a tachi heart rate. It's such a nightmare to deal with, I'm 32 weeks and just waiting to hear about an induction date as they don't want to let me go into spontaneous labour ?
@BeYou No not at all. But I’ll mention the tests. I’m not sure what tests they’ve already ran.
@Phoe okay thank you!
@BeYou my grandmother had a clogged artery in her neck, but other than that there has been no family history. They found the clot a little over a month ago and at first my leg was so swollen and red that I couldn’t walk. I’m back to where I can walk but the pain had moved lower down my leg. Going back in to see if the clot moved or if I have a new one forming
@Phoe like the ones in the workout section? I can usually bend to get them back in but Iv had one out for 4 days and it’s hell ?
Iv been monitoring my heart rate every 6hrs and it’s around 120 - 138 all day long even after sitting for 30min.
Sounds like time to go get more fluids ?
@BeYou They found the clot with an ultrasound on my leg, but my Dr is baffled because this is my 3rd pregnancy and iv never had a clot before.
@Bmr I did go to a chiropractor earlier in the pregnancy because I had a pinched sciatic nerve and couldn’t walk. But haven’t tried the others. When I puke it’s so violent that I throw ribs out like 70% of the time.
@Joffree I’ll definitely be trying the copper bracelet then! Thank you! I’ve tried Gatorade and Children’s pedilite, but everything comes up so fast. Iv been having better luck with water today though ??
@BeaYou yes they had me on 80mg lovnox and had to bump it up to 100mg after checking my labs. Twice a day shots to my love handles ?
@Iris I saw some things online about Zofran but I checked with 3 high risk doctors before hand and they all gave me the Ok. Sadly most medications pose some risk or another. Thank you for caring enough to mention it to me though ❤️
I had severe nose bleeds with bad clotting as a child. They discovered the copper bracelet and I wore it all the time and didn't have another nosebleed again after wearing it. I don't know how well it works for the issue you're having but it worked in my case. Full warning, your wrist will turn green where it rubs against your skin but it does work! I suppose it's worth a try if your doctor says it's okay. As for the HG, I had it during my twin pregnancy and my doctors told me to consume protein every 3 hours. Obviously eating is a no go but I started drinking Boost drinks and that helped some. Some sort of soda water like La Croix or Perrier with Gatorade ice cubes was my best friend when I had a hard time keep anything down. I started gaining weight finally when I started drinking the Boost drinks. I found out I had GD and eventually switched to a low carb protein drink though. I believe that one was called EAS. I hope that's right. It's been awhile since I had my girls so I can't remember for sure. I hope you start feeling better soon. It sure is rough feeling that way. ?
I was switched to a high risk Dr because of the weight loss and blood clot, and Iv tried everything he has suggested and still no good ?
Has anyone tried the copper bracelets?? I heard they work but it sounds like a novelty to me.
I’d pay anything for this to pass so I’ll mention that medicine to my Dr and see what he says.
Thank you ladies, it’s been rough. I have a 5yr old & 3yr old to look after during all this. Luckily my husband has been a pro and picked up on house work and cooking

Because I can't sit here and watch Bolt for the 8,000th time, let's take a trip down memory lane!
Bakers!
When making bread do you HAVE let it double before you punch it down and split it?
