My normal gym day consists of a 3-7 mile run. 30 minutes on the elliptical 200 reps with a 15 lbs kettle bell, 100 bicep curls with a 20 lbs bar, 100 side bends on each side with a 15 lbs weight, 100 back sit ups with a 20 lbs weight, 60 bench jumps and 100 hamstrings reps at 30 lbs on the machine.
I've worked up to the 3 hour gym sessions. I started off just walking around my house endlessly everyday. Which was even MORE boring. About 3 months ago we joined our gym and I started out with just 45 mins-1 hour gym sessions and have worked up from there. I also do aerial (trapeze and silks) twice a week and a lot of my "gym time" is dedicated to strength training for muscles that I need specifically for aerial. My sessions would be shorter if I didn't include the strength training. I run and do elliptical for the "weight loss" at the gym. The rest is all aerial stuff.
Penny....yup. It's boring as hell. I put the kids to bed at 8 and am at the gym immediately after until 11-11:30. Every night.
Same name as here. I like to keep things cohesive ??
I do weight watchers and spend 21.5 hours in the gym a week. Plus another 4 hours of aerial a week.
Thanks girls
