MommyCon is a convention for moms. Like Comicon but for parents or parents to be (or even grandmas, aunts or nanny's). It's geared more towards natural parenting with some other stuff thrown in. Phoenix's program had a couple birth panels, a pediatrics panel, baby wearing, cloth diapering, carseat safety, conscious parenting, Eating GMO free and then Our Muddy Boots and Birth Without Fear spoke as well. Tons of great giveaways, there is vendors to purchase stuff and check out cool products as well as great swag bags with all sorts of goodies.

Will you let us know the date for the next one? I live about 2 hours from Austin! Are daddies invited to go too?

Tickets are $45 for Austin. You can get tickets at mommy-con.com. Some of our speakers have codes like birth without fear which gives you some money off. Her code is withoutfear I believe it drops it down to $35. The VIP is all sold out though.
