Does anyone have a very fast solution for constipation? I have family round for a bbq and Iv been sat inside on and off the toilet for hours due to severe constipation. The pain is really really bad 😭

I haven’t got any of that 😭 Iv laid down and then pain has eased off a little but I know until I go it’s going to come back bad again.
Does anyone know if I can do the old wife’s take of hovering over hot water so the steam releases it? Or is that a no go?

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
