I’m almost 15 weeks. So I need advice. I want to breastfeed, and my nips are pierced. Should I take them out now so they can close up, or just take them out to feed?

I had mine pierced and once I found out I was pregnant I took them out, but they haven't closed up yet (33 weeks later) and I swear I'm lactating and it is going everywhere!😂🖕

@mommyof3., ahhh yes mine get pretty raw... I would imagine that would be soon because of the constant feedings during the newborn stage
@briannaalycia, one of my friends say that it eventually starts to hurt really bad putting them back in after feeding cause your nipples get sensitive.
I am so nervous about taking mine in and out! But I’ve nursed my other four so this shall be interesting 🤷🏾♀️ did your doctor say anything about your nips being pierced? Mine gave me the funniest look ever 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
Nope everything worked fine milk would come out the extra holes until they closed up lol but other then that no.
@alyssa.kavanaugh2013, you had no complications with lactating?
@myblessings, usually scar tissue is numb. So it won’t hurt as bad. I just don’t wanna pay to have them redone. Lol.
I'm worried about them closing, hurt like hell to get them pierced
My plan is to just pump instead of her latching on
@melissa_luv228, I asked the doctor and she said that normally if they are closed up the lactation is easier for the baby, but she’s also heard it being the same as if they are still pierced.
I took mine out to feed but after a while I was so sore I just said eff it and they closed up pretty quick unfortunately. I had them a little over a year and a half.
Maybe take them out, you can always get them redone. It will be a pain taking them in and out to feed baby.
So like take them out every feeding? That's not gonna last lol I would ask your Dr. Idk if they could cause some scar tissue or something ?

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...
These kids seem to think I'm playing with them. I do everything around here, and their only chore is to take the dogs out. They take them out for less than a minute. I keep telling them, keep playing and I'll get rid of all the dogs. So I'm thinking it's time to ha e a friend come pick up the dogs while they are at school so they think I got rid of them. Maybe then they will take care of their one and only responsibility.

Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
