I feel so helpless and useless 😫 I can’t Carry my kids , play with my kids, take care of my kids, cook, etc because of these damn contractions!!!!😢😢😩 THEY NEED TO STOP!!

@girlmom. I think that what they are but I am not sure because I spend my day resting and drinking water and they are still there
