@pearce5443, see in my first trimester I weren’t eating.. well hardly should I say cause it were just constant of feeling sick and crap🤔 now it’s gone I can eat for England and I feel like I’ve put some right weight on😩 I’ve got to go in hospital at 9.15am have bloods done then wait 2 hours then they give me a fizzy drink and wait a little bit then have my bloods done again and have my sugar levels done Xx

@laurenjessop96x I had GB with my 1st. Wasn't fun and very strong chance I will with this one as well. If I don't eat regularly I get the shakes etc and I'm always thirsty so will be surprised if i don't have it lol. I was massive with my son as well and got induced at 38 wks I think it was. Or 37 can't remember xx

@pearce5443, when I had the 12 weeks one I had some bloods done cause I had the downs screening.

She tested me and my BMI were 31 so only 1 over but she seems to think it’ll go up and I’ll start with Gestational diabetes so want to get them done between 20-25 weeks.. I’ve noticed tho if I don’t have sugar I feel crap Xx

@pearce5443, yeah defo very exciting😍 when we went for our 12 weeks scan on 23rd, then they booked me in for some appointments and I were reading them in maternity book and I didn’t have a clue what they were for🤔 I rang up Monday just to enquire as I were confused and she said 23rd may is your gender scan and 02/07 is your glucose bloods Xx

@laurenjessop96x I will 😊 and yeah it really is, these 16 wks have flown by.....but I guarantee once I know the sex it will drag because I will just want to meet him or her lol. I have my 20wk hospital scan on the 22nd may. Xx

@laurenjessop96x I have an early gender scan booked on Tuesday. Both me, my partner and my son all want boy. But like you said as long as baby is healthy that is all that matters xx

@laurenjessop96x Haha yeah now I'm past the first trimester I'm back to loving life again. I'm due the 11/12 October....There's a difference between my private scan and the one at the hospital lol. But it's only a day 🤷‍♀️ lol what're you hoping for boy or girl? Xx
