Okay ladies, so what am I doing wrong?? His car seat will slide from side to side while we make a turn when driving..
Not all the time but sometimes. Why??🤔🤔 His car seat is buckled up and everything.

@lilbensmomma, no I just can help you by knowing if it’s with seatbelt or latch.
With a seat belt you can over tighten and cause it to tilt like that. Are you locking the seat belt?
@santistevanmommie, It’s seatbelt and yup, I do lock it but it still slides🤔🤔
@lilbensmomma, when you install try to get in behind the seat and push it with your hips and pull the seat belt tight. If you do that I’m not sure. 🤔
@lilbensmomma, take the cover off and move the latch strap to the forward facing slot in the back portion of the seat. That’ll help the install a lot.

@lilbensmomma, yes the hole that’s label D is the forward facing slot you’ll want to feed the latch strap through. The hole will be on both sides. Once routed through there, there’s hooks on the under side of the sides that you can hook the latch straps to.
@lilbensmomma, yes because you aren’t using them they can get in the way of the seat belt install. So it seems really tight to you but the strap could be interfering which could be causing the occasional sliding

So if I can't put my car seat in the middle of my car, can I put it on either side of the back seat or is there a specific side? I have a 2005 Nissan Altima.

So I got rid of my spacious Chevy Impala and now have a compact Hyundai Elantra. I’m trying to figure out which car seat would fit best in a smaller car.?? The car seat will go behind the passenger so there will be a little more room to move the front seat up.
