I am so dizzy this pregnancy! I keep almost passing out😭 anyone else had this problem?

Try eating smaller meal through out the day. And more water.

@mommyyobee, it’s so scary!! Like I’ll either go all black or a really bright light and I need to sit back down

I was like that with my last boy, man did I hate it .. only thing that helped was sitting to rest when it happened. One time I made it outside of Walmart and just sat against the wall like a weirdo till I could pull myself back together

I did That. It can be a blood pressure or an iron problem. My iron is low which is why I do that
