Just nearly had a heart attack, Faye can climb out of her prams, has been able too from being young even with the straps tight. But she's never been to do it with the highchair until today, she was eating breakfast and I was putting a wash on, came into the sitting room and she was out of the straps about to stand up. If I tighten them any more they will be too tight on her. She has no fear, meanwhile I'm terrified aha.

Both mine were out of highchairs early on for similar reasons lol. I'd get a booster seat so she can eat at the table with you or a kiddie table & chairs for her. She'd love it!

@sara-lou86 she has a little table and chairs but whenever I try to feed her there she just gets up, she's more interested in trying to stand on the chair aha. I'm gonna keep tying though. X

Yeh it's probably just a novelty. She's used to being strapped in so loves the freedom lol.

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!

My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". i really need help! so this is my daughters second high chair & with the first one she did perfectly fine! but with this one (this one has straps the first one didnt) she pushes herself up like if the straps were to be too tight which obviously their not but i get so worried because she pushes so much she stops herself from breathing & she gets red! idk what to do anymore. hubby & i have tried so many things like we sit down with her & do airplane to distract her, we put her food down for her to grab on her own, we even take the straps off from her arms (so shes just strapped on her legs) for her to be more comfortable but she still does it. & just so u guys know we keep her strapped because she gets out of it. when we first got the chair i had to wash the straps so i used it without them & she got out through the top lol so i really need her strapped. even if its by the legs. any ideas on what i can do?? i will post a picture of her high chair in the comments.
