i really need help! so this is my daughters second high chair & with the first one she did perfectly fine! but with this one (this one has straps the first one didnt) she pushes herself up like if the straps were to be too tight which obviously their not but i get so worried because she pushes so much she stops herself from breathing & she gets red! idk what to do anymore. hubby & i have tried so many things like we sit down with her & do airplane to distract her, we put her food down for her to grab on her own, we even take the straps off from her arms (so shes just strapped on her legs) for her to be more comfortable but she still does it. & just so u guys know we keep her strapped because she gets out of it. when we first got the chair i had to wash the straps so i used it without them & she got out through the top lol so i really need her strapped. even if its by the legs. any ideas on what i can do?? i will post a picture of her high chair in the comments.

@noahs.mommy, well its cus the first one was so nasty! it was posted for free on facebook & i cleaned it as much as i could but it had deep scratches! & this one i got it for 20$ on facebook & cleaned it & was perfect & this one at the store is like 60$
@babeylarissa, but if she liked her high chair she had before it could honestly be the chair and she’s just over reacting like I would at her age

@babeylarissa, also when I was her age I would cry and scream and hold my breath until I passed out it was a normal regular thing for me and all my parents were told to do what keep my head up so I could breath and couple minutes later I was up and fine lol if she does that don’t freak out just keep her head up until she wakes up and she’ll be fine
@babeylarissa, no she can sit in a booster seat at the table! They have ones that strap to the chair and then have a crotch only belt(I don’t know how to explain those lol)

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. 33 weeks 4 days today !! Had my appointment today for biophysical profile, and growth scan. At 28 weeks, she was in the 31 percentile, weighing 2 pounds and 1 ounce. I love how I repeatedly told my father in law not to let my daughter root through the toy box because she doesn’t want anything out of it anyway and he keeps picking her up and taking her to the toy box no matter how many times I tell her no and tell him she doesn’t even want anything out of there anyway. is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
