I had my 27 week ultrasound today 😍I wasn't expecting 3D pics! I had the ultrasound today because my 21 week ultrasound showed that the umbilical cord was missing an artery and that could affect growth. Baby is doing well but the doctor said that he is just a tad bit small but not abnormally small. He is measuring at 1lb 14oz so just under two pounds. I looked up the average weight at 27 weeks and it said 1.93 lbs. The ultrasound doc wants me to come back in 3weeks but I would rather wait at least 4 weeks since he seems to be on track and everything else looks fine. I really didn't want to expose him to too many ultrasounds. Today a Resident did a full set of measurements and then the tech came in and did another set 😒 I see my OB-GYN on Thursday so I will see what she recommends.
