Alright ladies, I need Kansas custody advice regarding infants.
My son is five months old and I provide all care for him. His father and I were never married and were only together for one month after the birth of my son. His father has provided absolutely nothing for him and only seen him a handful of times for a few hours and only if I bring my son to him, he has never gone out of his way to get a ride here to see him even with me offering to give him a ride back to his home after visiting. He refuses to allow me full custody and does not stick to his word or a parenting plan. I have also learned he is now on meth and other substances and he has admitted to not being sober and I do not want him anywhere near my son. What do I do?

@mama.ally2009, I have over 200 screenshots against him rn however Kansas doesn’t offer full custody but they do offer sole custody which is what I’m wanting. Honestly wish hes just sign off his parental rights.
Court take screenshots of his bad way of coparenting. It will hold up and requesting full custody is easy.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
