i was 2cm dilated. went up n down stairs a bit washing clothes. walked a lot. took a couple warm baths. my water broke the next night n i was at 3cm

Sleep with a yoga ball or a yoga ball peanut in between your legs. When I was in labor I was induced at 37 weeks my hospital gave me the peanut and I went from 3 cm to 9 1/2 in a few short hours
