Anyone know of any breastfeeding safe diet plans? I need to lose weight after this baby is born for my health. I know you have to take in more calories while breastfeeding but seeing as I already take in more than the healthy standard I think I could could cut calories without cutting them too low. I have heard breastfeeding itself can help you lose weight but I didn't lose very much in the 22 months I breastfed my daughter. I feel like the weight I did lose was more because I was no longer pregnant than because of breastfeeding. I was 300lbs when I had my daughter and got down to 250 before I got pregnant again but most of it was lost weight after she was born. I was 220 when I got pregnant with her. I was 250 this time and now I'm up to 285 and trying really hard not to get back to 300.
I’m tryna find out the same thing with my first I drop 25 lbs with breastfeeding 🤱 but if don’t watch what your eating that weight sneak up back on with more pounds... so this time I’m watching what I’m eating... I’m trying smoothies soups and salads also lunch bowls recipes because you still have to eat but I’m watching my portions with a little exercise and not eating after a certain time at night....in the beginning I will take it slow because I have a schedule c-section with this one on the way but I will eat and eat foods that burns is important....😅😀😄😜
It helps to a certain point. But you can eat around 1200 calories. Also add in a little workout if you would like.
