A lot of times they just need rectal stimulation. Doctors used to tell you to take their temp rectally and it’ll stimulate the area enough. Idk why they stopped telling parents that?

This is amazing. My daughter didn't poop and it was causing her pain. The nurse recommended these and I tried it. She pooped not long after doing it

@candacelouise they told me to do that and I did. It did nothing :(

So I did this and she started going immediately after. But it was still a hard poop to get out. So we did 2 teaspoons of baking soda in a bath and it helped a ton.

@southernsass, Yayayaya! Glad the combination of those two worked. I’m sure she feels so much better! Maybe prune juice daily for the next couple days to get it back to regular, if she’ll drink it!?

@jasmin21, @southernsass, she got one pretty big, hard one out about 2 minutes after. She seems to have some relief and she is asleep now. Hopefully it unclogged her poor little self. She has been miserable 😔

@candacelouise oh this was a while back. Her pediatrician has her taking miralax every day until it gets better overall 💜

@1bow3ties, giving her one was the hardest part... she did NOT want us touching back there, because she's been hurting/straining.. so we did what we could without her freaking out too bad. But thank you for the tip
