Why do people try to conceive when there jobless, and struggling the way it is ...
Nothing blows my mind anymore.
Because its their right and choice to have children 🤷 when I got pregnant i got fired from my job the same day kicked out my house and had 0 dollars to me name and couldn't afford a motel or a hot meal I lived in my car for 2 months but guess what now I'm working and taking care of my child. What blows my mind is how judgmental some people are.
Who says I’m on government assistance? Your perception right? Again what does it concern YOU to those who want to have a kid AT THEIR OWN TIMING? You have yet to answer that question. You can’t say I’m being taxed because you are getting taxed either way! Hell im being taxed but I’m not downing the next woman for having a kid..I want you to say this out loud. JASMINE shouldn’t have a kid because JASMINE can’t afford to... was your name anywhere in that statement? Here is another one JASMINE may have struggles... how about that one? Here is a tricky one..JASMINE will have to provide care and nurture this child that I [inserts name] would have to be taxed on if JASMINE was on government assistance but clearly she’s not... again I can’t stress it enough you get it but I’ll let you continue on. It’s people like you that get the business handed to them for not being able to tend to your own.
You said yourself "I'm one of those people your referring to" I'm not downgrading the public assistance help if you need it, but purposely having kids you can't take care of and provide for should not be had. If the post offends you I'm sorry the only thing I can say is move on. You have your opinion and I have mine.
@mnturdburgler, You get taxed because that’s the way the government works smh but I’m one of those people you are referring to. You were getting taxed before whoever decided to have a baby FOR THEIR OWN REASONS..so where should I send my invoice for your money? Cause I’m sure everyone here no matter struggling or not could use extra..so do you cashapp or nahh? Since you have say so over who procreates and all. I’m sure you have it to give. Again whenever and however a person decides to lay down and have a child is N O N E O F Y O U R B U S I N E S S unless you are FEEDING them FULLY FINANCING THEM or the one REPRODUCING with them (I really wanted to use the proper 3 ads but I know it would be flagged) bottom line think before you post. This post is very degrading and shaming those who decide to have children for their own reasons. No one is a millionaire here and no one has it like that to speak on anyone else’s situation. What makes you better than the next person. Or who gives you the right to shit on the next person for what they lack because you aren’t lacking at the time. Remember Karmas a bitch and I wouldn’t speak too soon. The shoe could very well be on the other foot and someone could be criticizing your decisions for what you do..kind of like I’m judging and criticizing you for this inconsiderate ignorant post 🤷🏽♀️
My Money is already getting put on your food stamp card or whatever assistance you get why would I send you more 🙆 and to be clear if your getting assistance or w.e your not FULLY FINANCING THEM OR FEEDING THEM EITHER YOU COOK FOR THEM
We get taxed and our money goes for several different things, but alot of it gets put in for government assistance to help those in need (which I have no problem with) I do however have a problem when people purposely putting yourself in that position to need to rely on it.
@mnturdburgler and my post was not about weather or not people have the right to reproduce clearly everyone has that choice, but make sure you can afford them beforehand. No one is going to give you a home loan or a car loan you can't afford to pay for. same dam concept
Why do people try and pass judgement on others for decisions they intentionally or mistakenly make no matter jobless or struggling or anything else. Why can’t people just mind their own business? If it’s THAT big of an issue to you all why don’t you take from your OWN pockets to assist the issue? Because its not YOUR responsibility right? You didn’t lay down and make the baby. Which anything that falls under that category is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS RIGHT? Yea THAT part..nothing blows my mind anymore.
we do pay for it out of our pockets..... We get taxed and it gets put into government assistance for people who should not be popping out kids they can not afford, therefore it is our business. If you loose a job after you become pregnant that is different instead of not having a pot to piss in let alone a window to throw it out of.
It's not about a post lol it's just in general even people close to me that do this stupid crap as well
@mnturdburgler oh I seen other post like this one that's why I asked lol
What about age? Scientifically speaking, a women’s fertility starts to decline in her early 30’s, even more rapidly after she hits 35. Another thing, what about sickness? For example, a severe case of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) could leave someone trying to have a baby for years and still have them end up not concieving. So put those two together & suddenly having a child is more important to people that having a stable job at the time. Here’s the thing with work, you can always get a job. Experience or no experience. But you can’t always concieve. When I got pregnant with my daughter, I was lucky. I was battling PCOS for 3 years. I was 23 & it’s true that I was young & and wasn’t landing in the “unfertile” demographic age wise. But, I still was battling this thing that I had no control over. So fast forward, I went 9 months without a job. My husband did what he could. We maintaned everything as best as possible. I had my daughter & now I applied & start soon. So work is work. There’s no deadline for getting a job, but with age & sickness there are. You automatically become limited.
@nashraf I'm not pointing fingers I asked a question.. Second I'm not telling anyone to not do it ,since it is there life and there future child's life. But hey if you wanna struggle to get by and have a child live in that condition to each there own.
Because they know the government will support them so no worries! 🙄
Having children is not a right, sorry. If you can’t provide for yourself as it is or the children you already have, then you have NO business ttc. It is the not responsibility of the government and the taxpayers to pay for your kids or subsidize the life you think you should have.
@sleepymommy, A “right” and having organs is not one in the same. Procreating is a basic biological function, not a right. I don’t think anyone should *purposely* have more children if they cannot provide for them, regardless of where they live.
@ek_, I think you’re confusing a “right” with terrible judgement. Everyone has a right to procreate specifically because we all have the tools we’re born with to do so.. However, I agree that moving forward with doing so unprepared is reckless.
This is why I waited until I was 30 to have my first. 4 years of home ownership under my belt. 4 years of marriage with a well established career. I know not everyone or situation is the same but for me it makes life easier knowing I don’t have to worry about money or food or a roof over my head.
Because babies are so cute and make relationships stronger and blah blah blah. It's selfish and stupid. 🤷♀️ Idc who it offends, if you can't take care of yourself, you shouldn't be planning to bring another person into the world that you can't take care of
@mnturdburgler @itty_bitty but it's not. Because I had nothing nothing at all like these moms your talking about I couldn't afford nothing at 6 weeks pregnant I was homeless and if I didn't already know inwas pregnant I couldn't afford a test either. Your basically putting down mom's in that situation you don't know what anyone is going through they may be like me and this status is kinda rude. How can you question someone's right to do anything
@sleepymommy once again this isn't about falling on hard times and not being able to afford things after you have your child it's before you even conceive them..
I'm getting public assistance right now myself since I am out of work for being high risk. Something that happened AFTER I FOUND OUT I WAS PREGNANT NOT BEFORE HAND.
@mnturdburgler i was getting assistance before I was pregnant. Once again regardless of their situation its wrong and kinda heartless to judge their rights
@sleepymommy your situation is COMPLETELY different from the OP, idk if you were purposely trying to get pregnant, from the sound of your story, you weren't. You had a job and a roof over your head at the time of your pregnancy. While you were already pregnant you fell on hard times. Don't feel judged, your situation is one that's not only understandable, but relatable.
If someone is going through difficult times, that is not the time to plan a pregnancy. If you can't feed yourself, and you have to go hungry some days, how do you plan on feeding a baby, should baby go hungry too? That's selfish. If you already have kids, or are already pregnant, then run into hard times, it's understandable. You didn't intentionally decide that your kids are going to be in desperate need. That's what you do when you plan babies but have no food and no shelter for them. And it's selfish. Just because you can, or it may be your right, doesn't mean you should do it.
Don't feel judged, you aren't being judged, you're in hard times, your baby was conceived before that. I know you understand what is being said, because you don't have another child..
Another thing, the govt assistance is a wonderful tool, it should be used it to climb out of a ditch, not make the ditch cozy and feel like home. There's no shame in the help, I know you understand what's being said
Because its their right and choice to have children 🤷 when I got pregnant i got fired from my job the same day kicked out my house and had 0 dollars to me name and couldn't afford a motel or a hot meal I lived in my car for 2 months but guess what now I'm working and taking care of my child. What blows my mind is how judgmental some people are.
Your scenario is a 💯 percent different. You had a job when you were pregnant not TTC while you were not working ...
The difference is you had a job then got fired. But would you purposely have a baby if you're already homeless and have no stability and no income?
@mnturdburgler, true but I know people like that 😬
@bigmama18 oh yes me to unfortunately. Kids are so much more then that it breaks my heart.
I think of this when people say they can’t afford to get a pregnancy test, yet they’re ttc. Not passing judgement, but kinda 🤷🏼♀️
😂well I hope when I have my child he comes out paying the bills and able to take care of himself.
Having children is not a right, sorry. If you can’t provide for yourself as it is or the children you already have, then you have NO business ttc. It is the not responsibility of the government and the taxpayers to pay for your kids or subsidize the life you think you should have.
