I am hoping to breastfeed this time when do you change your diet for the best milk supply during pregnancy ? What can't you do while breastfeeding ie foods drinks ECT? Can you vape an bf? I have a circulation disorder wich effects my nipples BAD but I'm hoping I can do this for my baby xxxx
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Question 🙋🏽 ♀ : what age do you allow your kids to have a cell phone? My son wants a phone and I don’t know why lol. I’m like you have a iPad for games and anyone you need to call you can have my phone.

You don't have to do anything while pregnant to be able to breast feed:) you shouldn't vape and feed, drink plenty of water when you are feeding and make sure you've got a good latch! People will tell you you've got a good latch but only up will actually know! There's a book you should read about breastfeeding: it's so helpful x

@chesscalouise thankyou trying to knock it on the head now I gave up cigarettes over a year now before pregnant with Charlie but now addicted to the vape need another addiction I'm thinking food lol xxx

@jamie123 thankyou so much that's really helpful!! The only problem I had was vascospasm so it prevented the milk coming out but been looking after my nips so hopefully all goes well!xx

That's ok, that book has gotten me through some rough patches in the last 4 months! 😂 if you are able to breast feed I'd also recommend not having any formula in the house, a cluster feeding baby makes you want to give up, you have to push through! The first 6-10 weeks are the hardest but that's when your supply is established:) good luck and I hope it all works out for you xx
