My back is so fucked up since i gave birth... My nightmares havent gone away... And i eat more than i did when i was prego ! Oh and my tits still hurt... Im confused I thought all that was over with lol.. But fr im concerned about my back

My lower back has hurt for 16 years. I had my first and a month later had gallbladder removal surgery and since then my back has hurt so bad. Some days I couldn't walk. I've been to the dr and had x rays and therapy. Still hurts. Even hurts just to touch it. All across my lower back where I bend. Ugh
