My 1 year old daughter is a total nightmare at bedtimes and she never used to be when I put her to bed in the evening she drink her bottle then stands up at the cot jumping around rocking back and fourth screaming/crying takes about a hour till she falls asleep then last night woke up about 10 doing the same thing and would not go bk to sleep eventually fell back at midnight but I had to make a bed up in her room and have her sleep with me I don’t get it cas she does not do it when she has her daytime nap has a bottle and turns straight over and goes to sleep really don’t know what to do or why she is doing this any one have this same problem

I agree. Stick to normal routine. Once put to bed walk away give her a few mins to settle and go back. No fussing or talking just kiss & goodnight. Morgan's always been an amazing sleeper but even he goes through phases of playing up. As long as I know he's clean & ok I don't fuss because it only enables it. There'll be a few disturbed nights but then usually they get the message bedtime is still bedtime lol

It's just a phase they go through 😕 when my daughter plays up at night I just leave her to it but go in every 10 mins or so but not speak to her and just lay her back down and leave the room again... I've found the more attention you give or if you make a fuss it just makes them worse. It's all about being more stubborn than they are and not give up. Establish that bedtime means bedtime x
