Met the seller of the house today. Found out he is selling it because he has a much bigger house, he only bought it as an in between while he and his wife divorced. It was very on the spot and didn't feel like he was BS-ing me. So that eases my mind a lil about him selling it because of something serious. We will see what the guys say when they get back from the inspection....

He also is leaving all his pots and plants, and some hoses! YAY!!!!! The garden is my domain, the shop will be my husbands.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. Since my husband's a SAHD am I going to have to pay him if I kick him out of our house? It's our house because it's in both of our names, but all of the bills are paid by me and in my name. He's telling me I can't kick him out because he has no car or money to start off on his own. And he's also saying he will take the title to my car if I kick him out because he sold his car to buy me mine. Which I don't believe anyone cares about because this car is in my name, I don't think anyone cares who got it for me lol. So just wondering if anyone is familiar in anything like this.
