Okay so I’ve tried to wait it out to maybe see if things would get better but they haven’t. Zariah has been having severe diarrhea & at least 2-5 blowouts a day.. I thought it was due to a formula change but I’m not sure at this point. The doctor recommended switching formulas to see if the girls have outgrown their acid reflux. Well Zariah started vomiting. She’s done it twice & it was so bad that I thought she’d quit breathing both times. But, I’m concerned that Zariah pooping this much is gonna cause her to lose weight. She’s eating normal & hasn’t had any other symptoms of being sick.. so I’m just puzzled at this point. I’ve switched her back to Similac Alimentum (when is was she was previously on) & I thought it was helping but she had another HUGE blowout this morning. I just feel so bad for her. 😢😭

How long has the diarrhea been going on? Just make sure she stays hydrated! That is the most important thing. If the diarrhea has been going on more than a few days I’d talk to her dr

@shellbell0391, yeah it’s been like almost a week! I actually just changed her butt and it’s not diarrhea this time. So I’m hoping maybe changing her formula back to the Alimentum is helping

Why Do I Hate Breastfeeding Despite No Issues?

So...I hate breastfeeding. I thought that I just hated it the first time because I had so many issues and my son lost weight. But this time, things are going well and I still hate it. Does the bonding part come later or what? My anxiety is overwhelming me and I can’t enjoy it. I’m constantly worried that she’s not getting what she needs and it is mentally draining. I watch the clock like it’s my job and at the tiniest cry, I immediately try to get her to latch bc I’m convinced she’s always hungry. I’m just not okay. I so badly want to switch to formula so I can just relax but then mom guilt sets in 😭

I wanted to do one of these before our breastfeeding journey ended. I have a feeling it’s soon 😔 since her dr has us giving her formula to give her more calories, I’m finding it difficult to give her breastmilk as well. She gets full off of me alone so she doesn’t want the formula if I breastfeed her first. And if I give her formula first, she doesn’t want the breastmilk. I’ve been alternating feedings but that’s just caused my supply to drop. She’s getting chunky, though. That’s all I care about, really.

So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

I’ve posted about my defiant toddler many times before but I’m really at a loss now. She deliberately disobeys. Like, she knows what “no” means and if she’s doing something she knows she’s not supposed to I can ask “do you want to go in timeout?” And she’ll answer “no” and SOMETIMES stop.. I can’t take her anywhere cause she refuses to listen. She runs wild, screams, throws tantrums etc. At home she’s just as bad and absolutely nothing I do or say helps. Timeout doesn’t work, hand poppings don’t work, a pop on the butt doesn’t work, I’ve tried getting down to her level and calmly explaining things or trying to make sure she knows that I understand her emotions and things like that but I’m not even kidding when I say nothing works with her. I’m constantly telling her no and even though she knows she’s going to get into trouble she will do it anyways and then cream this blood curdling scream when she does get in trouble. I’ve raided Pinterest for days, write everything down, tried everything I found... idk what else to do. Everyone keeps telling me it’s “terrible twos” or “she’s just strong willed” or that it’s normal for her age and all of that might be true but there’s gotta be some kind of something that will help me teach her to listen to me and such.
