I believe she did 2 oz every 2 hrs. If She needed more we always went up by half an oz until she seemed satisfied

They should eat every 2 to 3 hours was what I've been told. And eat 3.5 to 4 ounces

And feed him every 3

I feed mine 3 ounces or 3.5 ounces and it's every 3 hours
