I feel so bad for my (adopted) brother and sister in law....

A few days before thanksgiving her mom and grandma were murdered, and brother stabbed. Luckily her brother survived, but he is now has to learn to be on his own.

About a week before xmas their toddler son fell down some stairs at the baby sitters house a shredded the tenders in his elbow and had to have surgery...

Last week (SIL bday week) their dog attacked brothers dad, tore into his face and neck and he had to have lots of stitches to fix it, they had to put the dog down...

When it rains it seriously pours....

Does your dh/SO cry in front of you? Dh is having an awful day and pretty much said he ended the relationship he has with his dad and one of his older brothers. They were constantly putting him down and dh got defensive and said some things to his brother and his dad took his brothers side and told dh that since he’s younger than he needs to respect his older brother. A lot more was said and it all started about taxes because his brother thinks he knows everything about owning a business and selling it.

My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile…

My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her own when she is ready to come ! As much as I am anxious to meet her and have her home with me, those last few weeks of brain development and lung maturation means so much more to me! I'm hoping and praying that things turn around, and I don't have to get induced. I'm surely going to talk to my doctor about it Thursday when I go back.
