Locking your doors We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?
-UPDATE- what is your kids birthday?! I know we have a post of our EDDs, but do we have a post listing our kids actual birthday (in a list easier to read than the comments in the birth announcement post)?!
School fees Having an intense debate on Facebook about school fees for public school. I'm in the "stop whining about school fees and stop having kids if you can't afford them" camp and there is the other camp of "free school is a constitutional right! It's bull s*** we have to pay anything at all".
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I hate to post my personal business but I need to vent. I don't know what we're supposed to do about food and paying our bills this month! I plan on going to the food bank on Monday but they really don't give much and they have a mobile food pantry next week and they give you a bag or so of food. The beginning of the month my fiance lost one of his jobs. Now his horse is hurt so he can't work at all. We do ranching so we have to have a horse to work. We have a few canned goods and a whole chicken and that's all we have to last us. We are a family of 7 so that's not going to be enough. We have $40 in the bank and that is supposed to be able to put gas in both of our vehicles. We are way below income so we should be able to receive Food Stamps but they tell us we have too many resources! Because we have 3 vehicles and one is broke down and we still owe over $3,000 on it so we can't sell it. We have truck payments but we do own our van. The finance companies were supposed to send the office what we owe on the vehicles but they never did so now I'm supposed to reapply if they ever send that information to them. I applied in December and she told me today that I have to reapply. I don't know what we're supposed to do. The church in town recently filled propane for us because we ran out so I don't want to ask them for any more help. I don't know what to do! Our kids are, 2,6,7,10,11 :(
