Okay ladies,
What really helps with a yeast infection? I’ve tried the garlic up the “whooha” & I the coconut oil, but I’m still itching like crazy!!

You can use the 7 day monistat, it works wonders! Off brands work too.

Plain yogurt. My doctor told me it will kill the yeast infection and it's cheap but make sure to not get any flavors or any type of perfumed dies... it has to be plain yogurt
