My daughter is 3 and when she’s sleepy she thinks she’s hungry. She come to me and say she hungry but I’m actuality she’s sleepy. Idk if maybe her stomach hurts when she sleepy. She does have acid reflux but I don’t think they’re linked

My daughter does the same thing, she does it to keep herself awake cause she has something to focus on & keep her busy.

@_naturalnurtuter_ still, if you are 100% sure she is not hungry, it could just be the same cranky/sleepy cry for attention

My boy does that, on occasion and he's 2. It's just cus he's cranky, due to being sleepy and therefore is trying to get attention by acting hungry.
