@tcornett30, I’m sorry to hear that! Are Your contractions so intense they make you sick or you just have like a bug going around?
@jessicameneses2910 i was having trouble it usual help but last night it wasnt i felt like i was having contraction then i got sick and couldnt sleep on either my sides i had to set up.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Do I ask for painkillers now or is it too early? Starting to become more and more painful 😣😐
