It's Soooo frustrating when you have a fidgety 3 month old baby and your trying to feed her and she just keeps moving I give her 6 ounces of milk with rice cereal in it and there are days she eats the whole thing and there are days she only eats 3 ounces of it and it's like will dam I might as will drop it to either 5 or 4. It's just a waste and I'm Sooo frustrated not at her.

Why do you give her cereal so early?? I thought babies couldn't have anything but milk/formula until 6 months old.

@kaytibug2009 they can have it and it feels her up because just formula wasn't feeling her up.

She just needs me formula then. You shouldn't give a baby anything other than milk for the first 6 months

@amelliaholmes1457 if she isn't getting full then it just means she wasn't drinking long enough. How many oz were you giving her in the bottle? Or were you breastfeeding?

Live been giving it to her since 2 months and it's the powered rice cereal and she's drinking it

@kaytibug2009 no breastfeeding just formula 6 oz is what she's getting because 4 wasn't feeling her up cause at 1 month she was getting hungrier after the first 4 oz bottles and I gave her 2 oz more and she drank it and she was still getting hungrier so I did small amount of rice cereal and she slept better at nights

@amelliaholmes1457 my daughter took 8 oz when she was 2 months old because she was having a growth spurt. That happens also if they want more they could be cluster feeding. It can be damaging to their insides to give them any form of food at such a young age even if it is the powder. Most doctors will say to wait till they are at least 5 months old at the earliest before giving them anything but formula or breastmilk.
