I have the flu on top of that I’m having neck spasms that are causing my head to tighten with bad headaches. I’m literally sit here crying because I don’t know what else to do or stop the pain. Thankfully my husband is off this weekend, but I can’t even hold my kids. I’m on flu meds,ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. If I can get pass these neck spasms I will be fine. Do anyone know of anything I can do to ease or stop the pain ?
