Omg I feel like I jinxed myself. Wolf has always been a great sleeper. He didn't really nap during the day, but has always slept through the night , waking up around 6 am to eat and going back to bed for another few hours. This past week he has been waking up 4+ times a night... wtf kid!??!!!! He just turned 4 months. He wakes up every hour. I feed him and move him back to his crib. Then he wakes up again... he's also been napping a lot in the day... he was never a big napper before... Im so frustrated !!!! Please help!!!!!

@exoticyuri, no it's like when they have new milestones their sleep cycle is all messed up. Like they are wired almost so that makes since that's he doing that. Ugh I'm dreading that! My son already doesn't sleep that great 😣

@ecahanes, so does this usually last a month? I'm freaking out. He wakes up screaming like he's in pain and won't eat or clam down till daddy wakes up and puts him in the bouncer... wtf... growing pains??

My girl has never slept through the night! Her sleep regression has lasted 8 months so far. Before 4 months, she would go 3-4 hour stretches of sleeping. Now it's every hour- hour and a half. And I've got another one due any second. Hopefully she will get her act together when brother gets here.

It's a sleep regression. 4 month one is a big one there are lots of milestones for them so their waking frequently...look up all the regressions so you know when to expect them

@exoticyuri, when they get a certain age they go back to waking up multiple times a night. It can last a few weeks or more then he’ll go back to sleeping

Have any other mommies experienced this???? My son is 6 months and has just recently stared to wake up like a newborn again. He goes to bed late and then wakes up every hour or so crying. Sometimes he will go back to sleep with his pacifier but other times I have to get up and make him a bottle and then rock him...he used to sleep through the night 😩 what is this....?

So my doctor says I have to start putting the baby in his crib at night and letting him cry it out when he wakes for a bottle. She says he should be sleeping 10-12 hours at a time by now (he only sleeps about 2-3 hours before he wakes wanting a bottle or pacifier). She swears if we do this it won't take more than 3 nights for him to adjust and start sleeping better. She says that he should only get 1-2 naps a day too and we should lay him down at night as soon as he starts showing signs of being sleepy like rubbing his eyes, not waiting until he's exhausted. - I just don't know if I can do it, letting him cry at night.. I just don't know. Has anyone else done this?

My son just turned 4 months and he eats a lot like 5 ounces every 2 - 3 hours is that bad ? Should I start introducing him to cereal ? He's on enfamil formula maybe mixing cereal in his milk will keep his tummy full for a longer time ? I don't want to be over feeding him , he also spits up a lot & sometimes I have a really hard time getting his gases out he randomly gets these tantrums out of nowhere because he has trapped gas & the only way he calms down is if I pick him up and walk around the house or rock him I've been giving him gas drops that the doctor prescribed but I don't think it's helping much I don't know what else to do he's really good all day & than at night he acts up and wakes up in the middle of the night too many times crying cause he's in pain , help me ladies 😳🤔🙄😑😫

I give up. I'm done trying get him to follow thru with anything. he says well have a good night tonight and he's sleeping. he's been sleeping since 6. he always wants foot rubs and back rubs, and I stay up till 2AM doing his laundry, I wake up early to make his lunch and coffee. And I even wake him up to feed him so he doesn't go to bed hungry, I make sure he has everything for work, and I pretty much do everything. he spent his entire paycheck last week and I gave him the only 50$ I had to my name so he could make it to work till he gets paid again. did I get a thank you for any of those? no. I get him sleeping all day every second he's off work, and being an asshole to me when I miss something.
